Letter to the Editor: Exemplifying Christ

I experienced an Easter like no other. Yes, I went to Good Friday and Sunday services at my church. I was invited to lunch at the Brad and Michelle Worthington home. Talk about imitating or following Christ in their lives.

There were approximately 15 guests; family, people from Nigeria, Guatemala, the U.S. and then there was me. Brad and Michelle had a feast.

Several children were there. They had an Easter egg hunt for them. Older people (like me) and everyone there was well fed and given much attention.

What a picture of Christ was exemplified. Newton can be proud to have this coupe in their midst.

I am very proud to call them friends. Our world would be a greater place if everyone had their lives like Brad and Michelle.
