Marlene Jo Bang

Marlene Jo Bang died peacefully at the PEO Home in Beatrice, NE., April 30, 2025.

Born December 26, 1930, in New Rockford, ND to Cecil and Ruby Thompson, she is survived by children Ken, Bozeman, MT, Barb (Steve) Drehsen, Omaha, NE, Rob (Mary) Seattle, WA, granddaughter Elyse (Cruz) Herr, Kansas City, MO and great granddaughter Willow Herr, sister Arden (Rollie) Williams, Ames, IA, and other relatives. Marlene was preceded in death by her husband, George, and brother, James. Marlene donated her body to science via the Nebraska Anatomical Board.
