Charles L. (Chuck) Chance, 70, died Saturday, Oct. 9, 2021, at Accura Healthcare East in Newton. A time of remembrance and celebration of life will begin at 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 14 at Newton Union Cemetery. Due to state and federal guidance on gatherings, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, facemasks will be encouraged.
