Mount Marty University

YANKTON, SD — Noah Allen of Newton, has been named to the spring 2023 dean’s list. The dean’s list honoree at Mount Marty University is defined as a full-time undergraduate student completing a full-time load of graded coursework with a minimum term grade point average of 3.5.

University of Nebraska-Lincoln

LINCOLN, NE — Makayla Ann Thompson of Otley, was among a record 3,669 graduates who received degrees from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Bob Jones University

GREENVILLE, SC — Zachary Reid of Runnells, was among more than 700 students who graduated from Bob Jones University. Reid graduated with a BS in Communication Disorders.

Mercy College of Health Sciences

DES MOINES — The following students have received academic honors for the Spring 2023 semester and Winter 2023 quarter terms at Mercy College of Health Sciences in Des Moines: Kayleigh Lewis of Monroe, Dean’s List, Spring 2023; Clistia Ryther of Neton, President’s List, Spring 2023; Emily Sell of Newton, President’s List, Spring 2023; Jena Stevens of Newton, President’s List, Spring 2023; Rhiannon Nichol of Prairie City, President’s List, Spring 2023.

To qualify for the dean’s list, students must attain a grade point average between 3.50 and 3.749 for a minimum of six semester credit hours or four quarter credit hours in their most recent academic term. To qualify for the president’s List, Mercy College students must attain a minimum grade point average of 3.75 for a minimum of six semester credit hours or four quarter credit hours in their most recent term.

Hastings College

HASTINGS, NE — Hastings College announced Caleb Duinink of Monroe, was named to the dean’s list for its spring 2023 semester earning a 4.0 grade point average. To be eligible for the dean’s list, students must achieve a grade point average of 3.7 to 4.0 scale.

Iowa Connections Academy

The graduating Class of 2023 from Iowa Connections Academy included Maxine Clark and Autumn Hesse, both of Newton.
