Shepley Construction is grant recipient

State Savings Bank has announced Jeff and Traci Shepley of Shepley Construction as its first recipient of the bank’s 2019 economic growth grant money. Established in Baxter in 1894, this year the bank celebrates 125 years of community involvement. Investing in economic growth over the years through our grant program is one way we give back to our community. The bank set aside $10,000 in grant money awards for local businesses, organizations and groups focused on economic growth in 2019. Each applicant is eligible for consideration of a grant of up to $2,000 for projects focused on new construction for consumers, spec homes for builders, land development and new commercial buildings.
