Worth leads Mustang boys at West Marshall tournament

STATE CENTER — Senior Reed Worth finished third overall with a 76, sophomore Andrew Mitchell carded an 86 to finish 11th and PCM’s boys’ golf team finished outside the top three during an 18-hole tournament at Lincoln Valley Golf Course on April 15.

Worth and Mitchell led the way for the Mustangs, but the other two counting scores went to senior Andrew Van Ryswyk (86) and sophomore Gatlin Boell (87).

Sophomores Grant Landgrebe (90) and Gabe Lanphier (93) had non-counting scores.

PCM shot a 331 as a team. Official team standings were unavailable at press time.

The Mustangs host its annual 18-hole tournament at Gateway Recreation Golf Course at 1 p.m. on Monday in Monroe.
