DAVENPORT — A convicted Iowa sex offender has been imprisoned for possessing child pornography.
Federal prosecutors say 40-year-old Philipp Johnson, of Davenport, was given 10 years Wednesday during sentencing in U.S. District Court in Davenport. He must serve 10 years of supervised release after he leaves prison and pay $3,000 to two victims. He’d pleaded guilty.
