OTTUMWA — Ottumwa’s aquatic center has lost money for 13 fiscal years in a row.
A financial analysis presented to the city officials shows expenses exceeded revenue by nearly $267,000 in the fiscal year that ended June 30.
Operational revenue dropped in every area except locker rentals and swim lessons.
