Jasper County Criminal Court Dispositions

The following cases were heard in Jasper County District Court during the week of Feb. 24-28.

• Jeremy James Stevens, 20, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, a serious misdemeanor. Judge Steven Holwerda sentenced him to two days in jail and levied a $315 fine. An additional count of unlawful possession of a prescription drug was dismissed by the court.

• A charge of fifth-degree theft against Dylan Dean Thompson, 21, was dismissed by the court.

• Jace Skylar Troen, 20, pleaded guilty to public consumption or intoxication, a simple misdemeanor. Magistrate Judge Jonathan Noble levied a $65 fine.

• Tyler Patrick Turkett, 31, pleaded guilty to OWI first offense, a serious misdemeanor. Judge Steven Holwerda issued a deferred judgment with one year probation and levied a $1,250 civil penalty.

The following cases were heard in Jasper County District Court during the week of March 3-7.

• Natasha Bre Anderson, 27, pleaded guilty to OWI first offense, a serious misdemeanor. Judge Steven Holwerda sentenced her to two days in jail and levied a $1,250 fine.

• Cristi Leigh Cammarano, 47, pleaded guilty to OWI first offense, a serious misdemeanor. Judge Steven Holwerda sentenced her to two days in jail and levied a $1,250 fine. An additional count of possession of a controlled substance was dismissed by the court.

• Aynn Marie Coady, 22, pleaded guilty to public consumption of alcohol, a simple misdemeanor. Judge Steven Holwerda levied a $65 fine.

• Marion Lee Collins, 65, pleaded guilty to OWI first offense, a serious misdemeanor. Judge Steven Holwerda sentenced him to 90 days in jail, all but seven suspended, and one year probation.

• Marvin Douglas Dickerson, 59, pleaded guilty to fifth-degree criminal mischief, a simple misdemeanor. Judge Steve Holwerda levied a $100 fine.

• Gerald Lee Neal Jr., 38, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, a serious misdemeanor. Judge Steven Holwerda sentenced him to two days in jail concurrent to the prison time he is already serving and levied a $315 fine.

• Dale Wayne Nicodemus, age not given, pleaded guilty to contributing to the delinquency of a minor, a simple misdemeanor. Judge Steven Holwerda levied a $100 fine.

• Chelsea Leann Runnells, 23, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, a simple misdemeanor. Judge Steven Holwerda levied a $65 fine.

• Anthony Russell Strange, no age given, pleaded guilty to assault, a simple misdemeanor. Judge Steven Holwerda levied a $65 fine.
