Criminal Court Dispositions

• Joshua Duane Fifer, 30, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor. He was sentenced to two days in jail and fined $65.

• Tanneeah Ruth Fleming, 34, was sentenced to five days in jail and fined $625 on a June conviction for driving while barred — habitual offender, an aggravated misdemeanor.

• Douglas Lane Krier, 56, was sentenced to five years in prison, suspended, and fined $750, suspended, on a June conviction for third-degree burglary, a Class D felony. He was further ordered to complete two years probation.

• Randall Gene Meyer, 54, pleaded guilty to two counts of violation of a no-contact or protective order, both simple misdemeanors. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, and fined $65 on each conviction. He was further ordered to complete one year probation. An additional charge of fifth-degree theft was dismissed by the court.

• Cody Wesley, Minenga, 32, was fined $65 on a July conviction for trespassing, a simple misdemeanor.

• John Martin Neal, 38, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance — second offense, a serious misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail and was fined $625. Additionally, his probation from a June conviction was revoked, and he was further ordered to serve the remaining 22 days of the sentence from that conviction. Additional charges of unlawful possession of prescription drugs and habitual offender were dismissed by the court.

• Danielle Lea Nowasell, 23, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating while intoxicated, a serious misdemeanor. She was sentenced to two days in jail and fined $1,250.

• Christian Michael Rodgers, 18, pleaded guilty to charges of operating a vehicle without the driver’s consent and eluding, both of which are aggravated misdemeanors. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all but 15 suspended, and fined $625 on the operating without consent conviction. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all but 15 suspended, on the eluding conviction. Both sentences are to be served concurrently. He was further ordered to complete two years probation. An additional charge of operating while intoxicated was dismissed by the court.

• Timothy Duane Schuler, 52, pleaded guilty to a charge of public consumption or intoxication, a simple misdemeanor, and was fined $65.

• Joshua David Stubbe, 25, pleaded guilty to a charge of controlled substance violation, a Class B felony. He was sentenced to 25 years in prison and fined $5,000, suspended. Additional charges of possession of lithium — a methamphetamine precursor — a Class D felony, and possession of marijuana — third or subsequent offense, an aggravated misdemeanor, were dismissed by the court.

• Lisa Marie Tiedemann, 48, pleaded guilty to a charge of public consumption or intoxication, fifth-degree criminal mischief and trespassing, all simple misdemeanors. She was fined a total of $230 on the three convictions.

• Russell Allen Warren, 45, was sentenced to five days in jail and fined $625 on a June conviction for violation of state liquor control regulations as a habitual violator.

• Jacob Tyler Whalen, 27, pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, a simple misdemeanor, and was fined $100.

• Joshua Justin White, 28, pleaded guilty to a charge of driving while barred — habitual offender, an aggravated misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail and fined $625.

• Justin Dean Wielard, 25, pleaded guilty to a charge of controlled substance violation, an aggravated misdemeanor, and two charges of possession of a controlled substance, a serious misdemeanor. He was sentenced to two years in prison, suspended, and fined $625 on the controlled substance violation. He was sentenced to one year in prison, suspended, and fined $315 on each of the possession of a controlled substance convictions. He was further ordered to complete three years probation. Additional charges of controlled substance violation and failure to affix a drug tax stamp were dismissed by the court.
