The Class 1A No. 7 Hawks claimed their sixth straight win against the Savages, and the 36-point margin of victory was the largest in the series since L-S won 54-18 on Nov. 20, 2012.

“I thought our tempo was the difference tonight,” L-S head girls basketball coach Jerry Hulsing said. “We played well defensively, making them work for every shot they got. Then we ran the floor well and were able to get out and get some easy baskets.”
