NEVADA — PCM’s volleyball team snapped its 12-match win streak on Tuesday after a three-set loss to Class 4A Nevada.
The Mustangs fell to 0-20 against the Cubs since 2007 after a 25-16, 25-16, 25-15 road loss in Heart of Iowa Activities Conference action.

It was PCM’s first loss since falling to 4A Newton in the team’s first match of the season on Aug. 26.
Tori Lindsay led the Mustangs (12-2, 4-1 in the HOIAC) with 20 assists, four kills and six digs. Libby Winters had eight kills and 11 digs, Peyton Lathrum tallied five kills, two blocks and three digs, Addyson Pederson contributed three kills and two blocks and Jorja Teeter totaled five kills and two digs.
Addi Hudnut added 11 digs and Ryan DeVore registered six digs. The Mustangs were 41-of-49 in serves with two aces. Lindsay and Teeter both were 8-of-8 in serves.

Rachel Borwick led Nevada (20-13, 4-1) with 10 kills and 12 digs, and Chloe Koch added eight kills and four aces.
The Cubs were 68-of-73 in serves with nine aces. They had a kill efficiency of .268, and PCM’s kill efficiency was .070.
