Celebrate Newton Village’s 22nd Birthday

Newton Village is proud to celebrate 22 years of serving older adults in Newton, IA and surrounding communities. Since opening its doors in 2003, the community has been home to countless friendships, family moments, and milestones.

To mark this special occasion, we invite you to our Birthday Celebration Open House on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, from 5 to 7 p.m.

Guests can look forward to:

• Tasting chef-prepared soup and sandwiches

• Socializing with current residents

• Meeting the Newton Village team

• Touring independent living and assisted living

• A chance to win a door prize

Newton Village offers a full continuum of care—independent living, assisted living, memory care, rehabilitation and long-term care—providing continuity of care by providing a range of available services as needs may change. People make Newton Village special. Residents describe it as a welcoming place with small-town hospitality, where meals, activities, and daily interactions create meaningful connections.

In 2025, Newton Village received the Customer Experience Award from Activated Insights in several categories, including quality of food, cleanliness, and overall experience. This recognition reflects the dedication of staff and the warmth of the community.

Newton Village is owned and managed by Cassia, a faith-based nonprofit organization. A community chaplain and designated space for services and events reflect our commitment to honoring the spiritual lives of our residents.
