Letter to the Editor: Grateful to be honored

I wanted to thank all the Newton students, teachers and everyone associated with the Veterans Day Parade on Nov. 11. It was so heartwarming to see all the signs, flags, and hear all the cheers as we drove by. Also, thank you to the Newton Police Officer who led us safely on the route to each school.
