Michael “Mike” D. Petersen, 71, of Newton, died Saturday, Sept. 20, 2025, at Valley Vista in Newton. A funeral service will begin at 11 a.m., Friday, Sept. 26 at the Wallace Family Funeral Home and Crematory. The family will greet friends from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
