Margaret Jane Ostrander Repp Foster, 78, died Friday, Sept. 12, 2025, at Newton Village. A celebration of her life will begin at 11 a.m., Monday, Sept. 22 at the Wallace Family Funeral Home and Crematory. The family will greet friends from 10 a.m. until the time of service and again after the service with a lunch at the funeral home.
