Rita Sue Milligan

Rita Sue (Maggard) Milligan, 79, of Mingo, died Friday, Oct. 4, 2024, at Taylor House in Des Moines. A funeral service will begin at 10 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 10 at Ashton Chapel in Mingo, followed by burial at Union Chapel Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 4 to 6 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 9 at the Wallace Family Funeral Home and Crematory.
