Richard Lee Maggard, 80, of Baxter, died Thursday, Sept. 15, 2022, at Eldora Care Facility. A funeral service will begin at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Sept. 23 at the Wallace Family Funeral Home and Crematory. The family will greet friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 22 at the funeral home.
