Jay Jensen, 51, of Newton, died Sunday, Nov. 14, 2021, at MercyOne Des Moines Center. A visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m. Friday, Nov. 19 at the Izaak Walton League. A celebration of life will be at the Ike’s following the visitation. The Wallace Family Funeral Home and Crematory is handling the arrangements.
