On May 27, 1972, she was united in marriage to Larry Johnson in Des Moines. Eileen worked at several places during her career. Most recently at Walmart and Goodwill. Eileen enjoyed gardening, playing games, reading, playing piano and she spent many hours volunteering at Hope Ministries and Discover Hope. Her greatest joy, however, was the time spent with her grandchildren.
