‘Hanging of the Greens’ service at Our Savior Lutheran Church

The public is invited to “The Hanging of the Greens” service at 9 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 30 at Our Savior Lutheran Church, 1900 N. Fourth Ave. E. in Newton. The service will tell the stories of the evergreens and holly, bells, poinsettias, Christmas tree and gifts, ornaments, candles, shepherd’s crook, Creche and the Bible. Special music will also be presented.

Fellowship and refreshments time will follow the church service.
