Students recognized for achievements in higher education

College

Southern New Hampshire University

MANCHESTER, NH — Paige Fredrickson of Melbourne, has been named to Southern New Hampshire University‘s Summer 2025 President’s List. Students who have earned a minimum grade-point average of 3.700 and above for the reporting term are named to the President’s List.

Brandon Roderick of Kellogg, has been named to Southern New Hampshire University’s Summer 2025 Dean’s List. Full-time undergraduate students who have earned a minimum grade-point average of 3.500 to 3.699 for the reporting term are named to the Dean’s List.

Upper Iowa University

FAYETTE — Upper Iowa University is pleased to announce the names of its Spring 2025 graduates, including Avery Fried of Mingo and Kaiden Martin of Maxwell.

Kirkwood Community College

CEDAR RAPIDS — Kirkwood Community College has released its Dean’s List for the spring 2025 semester. These students have achieved a 3.3 grade point average or higher after completing 12 or more credit hours at the college. Newton resident Dylan Farver was named to the list.

Central College

PELLA — Each semester, Central College recognizes students who have demonstrated outstanding academic achievement by naming them to the Dean’s List. This distinction is reserved for those who have earned a semester grade point average of 3.5 or higher while completing a minimum of 12 graded credit hours. The list includes Grace Benson of Newton and Morgan Peterson of Newton.

Marshalltown Community College

MARSHALLTOWN — Marshalltown Community College is pleased to announce the Summer 2025 graduates, a group of students who have shown remarkable perseverance and achievement. Peyton Wright of Ira received a diploma for Practical Nursing and Carrie Campbell received an AAS, Associate Degree Nursing with honors.

Milwaukee School of Engineering

MILWAUKEE, WI — Charles Skinner of Newton, graduated from Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) in Spring 2025. Skinner received a Bachelor of Science in Finance with High Honors. Students with a cumulative grade point average of 3.70 or above are listed as having graduated with “High Honors.”

Miami University

OXFORD, OH — Kailee Conradi of Collins, received degrees during the spring commencement held on May 17. Conradi graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Public Health, Premedical & Pre-Health Studies.

Missouri State University

SPRINGFIELD, MO — Missouri State University awarded 2,824 degrees to students in spring 2025, including Alex Dahms of Prairie City, who graduated with a Doctor of Nurse Anesthesia Practice. Students who graduated with honors completed at least 30 credit hours with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.5.
