The Vernon Company is proud to announce the promotion of Connor Ringgenberg to the position of corporate programs web manager.
Ringgenberg joined Vernon in October 2018 as a marketing assistant, supporting various creative and technical projects including Vernon catalogs, product photography and the development of company stores. As client needs grew and the company’s technology evolved, so did Connor’s role.
What began as a creative position gradually shifted toward a more technology-focused path as client needs changed and company stores became a core part of Vernon’s service offering.
“Vernon has been able to capitalize on my knowledge in this area, and I’m proud of how we’ve grown the corporate programs department to better support our clients and account executives,” he said.
Most recently, Ringgenberg played a key role in advancing Vernon’s e-commerce capabilities, particularly through its webstore enhancement project. His coordination of cross-functional teams and hands-on testing has been pivotal in streamlining on-demand store functionality and improving order entry systems.
“Connor’s attention to detail, problem-solving skills and deep understanding of our operations have consistently made a positive impact,” Sharla Elscott, director of corporate programs, said. “We’re excited to see how his leadership will continue to drive success for the company and our clients.”
Looking ahead, Ringgenberg is excited about the opportunities his new role presents and is eager to continue his professional growth. He hopes to become a role model for others, just as he has been inspired by the guidance and support of his colleagues throughout his journey.
A Newton native, Ringgenberg’s commitment to his hometown is part of what makes this role especially meaningful. He values being part of an organization that aligns with his personal values and invests in both its people and its local community.
“Being born and raised here, it was important for me to work in the community I live in. Vernon has given me that opportunity,” Ringgenberg said. “I’m thankful to my family and coworkers for supporting me in getting to where I am today.”
In his new role as corporate programs web manager, Ringgenberg will continue to lead digital initiatives that reflect Vernon’s commitment to innovation, efficiency and client-focused solutions.
