Fourth generation son purchases 95-year-old family HVAC Baxter business

Baxter Comfort Solutions, a cornerstone of home services for the past 95 years, proudly announces the transition of leadership as Dylan DeJong, a fourth-generation family member, purchases all remaining shares from his father, Bryan, sole owner since 1991.

Founded in 1928, Baxter Oil Company, now Baxter Comfort Solutions, has been a trusted name in providing top-notch heating and air conditioning solutions to homes across Central Iowa.
