Iowa State Auditor Rob Sand will be hosting an outdoor town hall meeting tomorrow in Newton. Sand will arrive at noon Aug. 30 at the gazebo of Sersland Park in downtown Newton, near the corner of East Second Street and First Avenue. The public is invited to converse with the state auditor.
