Area students named to Central College dean’s list for spring 2022 include: Amelia Brown of Prairie City, Tess Brunsmann of Newton, Carson Fisk of Searsboro, Abigail Gruver of Sully, Dylann Huyser of Sully, Baylee Jansen of Sully, Laci Keen of Sully, Gage Linahon of Newton, Carter Nelsen of Rhodes, Braedynn Rawlins of Colfax, Collin Reynolds of Newton, Channing Rucks of Searsboro, Evan Squires of Killduff, Logan Sunvold of Monroe and Delaney Underwood of Mitchellville. The honor is awarded to full-time students who achieve a 3.5 GPA or higher on a 4.0 scale while taking 12 or more graded credit hours for the semester.

DES MOINES — The following students have been named to the president’s list for the spring 2022 semester at Mercy College of Health Sciences in Des Moines: Andrew Boender of Colfax and Anna Shaver of Prairie City. To qualify for the president’s list, students must attain a grade point average of at least 3.75, in their most recent semester, for a minimum of six credit hours.

Degrees were conferred on the following students by Mercy College of Health Sciences April 29: Savannah Erdman of Newton, Bachelor of Science in Nursing; Kelsey Fiorentin of Prairie City, Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

To qualify for the dean’s list, students must attain a grade point average between 3.50 and 3.749, in their most recent semester, for a minimum of six credit hours. To qualify for the president’s list, students must attain a grade point average of at least 3.75, in their most recent semester, for a minimum of six credit hours.

OLATHE, KAN — MidAmerica Nazarene University recently announced Rilee Slycord of Newton, was named to the dean’s list for the spring 2022 semester.
