Veterans receive quilts from quilt club in Baxter

Baxter Quilt Club presented eight quilts to Baxter area veterans at the recent Veterans Day program at the Baxter School, or home delivered the quilts. Club members have made and presented 56 quilts to veterans since 2014. Quilt Club members are Cynthia Baldwin, Beth Simbro, Chris Tipton and Marie VanBeek. This year’s deserving recipients were Russell Allspach, Andy Havens, Don Maxwell, Teresa McCall, Charles Osborn, Chris Roby, Jerry Roby and Steve Wright.
