Homecoming Court 2020

Like most events this year, Homecoming Week will have a new look with a lot of the same great traditions. Kids are still dressing up each day, the high school driveway will be painted with cheers and jeers and a king and queen will be crowned and celebrated during the football game Friday night.

“We’re excited to provide the students and community with homecoming festivities this year even if it look a little different because of COVID,” high school principal Kristen Souza said. “We hope that everyone sees the Mustang Pride during the entire week and can join us Thursday night for Spirit Night and Friday night for the football game.”

On the homecoming court for 2020 are freshmen Kaden Wahlert and Alissa Ives, sophomores Aydan Camu and Sidney Shaver, juniors Keaton Thomas and Kiki Fellinger and representing the senior class Brayden Berger, Riley Hjortshoj, Gatlin Boell, Lilli Baird, Sage Burns, Bess Telfer, Landon Fenton, Allison Burkett, Dylan Warrick and Margo Chipps. The court will be presented during Spirit Night starting at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at the football stadium.

While many fun events including the Mustang March, which has high school students visiting each building for a pep rally, will have take a brief hiatus, fans are invited to cheer on the number 3 ranked Mustangs as they take on the Centerville Reds with kick off at 7:30 p.m. Friday.
