I have always understood that integrity involves leading by example and good leadership is about servanthood. Questions about leadership and setting an example during the pandemic: Why does the leadership team during President Trump’s press conferences about the COVID – 19 pandemic not maintain social distance as we are instructed to do? Is this an example the general public should follow? Why does President Trump find it necessary to crowd close behind whoever is speaking during the conferences? Why do the medical professionals have to repeatedly correct statements President Trump has just made during the press conferences? Why is President Trump so insecure that he finds it necessary to berate news reporters who are literally risking their lives daily to keep us informed during this pandemic when they ask him questions? How does this contrast with the sensible, steady leadership shown lately by state governors and local officials?
