The 2020 grand scheme of things … CAUCUS!

Our 2020 election choices are bigger than policy differences, bigger than winning the party’s nomination, bigger than selecting a candidate who will run Trump out of town. Every one of the democratic choices can do THAT, right? CAUCUS!

Even if we win the White House can we handle another four years of senate obstruction? Can we afford to let the House slip back to the Republicans? The Republican party has laid its cards on the table, they’ve shown us just how dangerous they are. We must break their power. They must all go. It’s critical that both chambers and the White House ALL GO BLUE in 2020.

We are fighting big money backers and powerful special interests. The only way we can overcome them is superior numbers of absolutely, deeply committed supporters. A powerful grassroots organization. While every candidate has committed supporters, when it comes to passion for a cause that is bigger than the candidate, Berners cannot be beat.

Bernie has been growing the Movement for years, not just for 2020. Bernie is the ONLY candidate with a grassroots Movement positioned to bring home down ticket battles across the country. Bernie’s Movement has been built to do just that. The other campaigns are just not as geared up to help win the senate and the house.

CAUCUS!

This just in, from the New Hampshire Youth Movement’s endorsement of Bernie: “Sanders is a movement candidate — who will be accountable to our generation. He has proven that he is aligned with the version of the world that we want to create. And since before our generation was born, he was fighting the injustices that we are fighting today.” — Dylan Carney, NHYM

Something to really like about Bernie is who doesn’t like him, who is scared of him. Big business, including health insurance giants and pharmaceuticals, the fossil fuel industry, the greedy 1-percenters who want it all (NOTE: some billionaires understand and support the concepts of economic justice and fair share) and establishment politicians on both sides who don’t want the gravy train to go away.

It’s bigger than winning this election. The vision: a total transformation of our country. It will take a powerful grassroots organization, the kind of Movement that Bernie has primed for action. This is our one chance! CAUCUS!
