When will the bridge on North Fourth Avenue East be opened? It would be nice if it would be opened, until they decided exactly who was going to pay for the bridge and had the money to pay for it. One time you hear the county doesn’t have the money, then you hear the city doesn’t have the money and it just goes back and forth. Open the bridge and let it be opened until it can be fixed. It surely isn’t going to take that long to fix. Come on city and county lets try to work together for once.
