Des Moines Area Community College Newton Campus Culinary Arts students Elaja Cupples of Newton, Seth Williams of Baxter, Nathan Evans of Mitchellville and Chef Ryan Binney pose in front of the cookies and hot chocolate they made for the third annual Holiday Celebration at the DMACC Newton Campus. Cookie decorating, coloring and a visit from Santa Claus were other activities for the youngsters. There was also a life-sized gingerbread house that everyone was encouraged to help decorate.
