Gina Scaglione and Tyler Owen, of Belton, Mo., are happy to announce the birth of their daughter, Victoria Claire Owen, born Dec. 13, 2016, in Overland Park, Kan. Victoria weighed 7 pounds, 10 ounces and 20.5 inches in length.
Grandparents are Ginny and Terry Eaton, of Urbandale, Martin and Lisa Scaglione, of New York, N.Y., Brad Owen, of Topeka, Kan., and Vicky and Matt Disney, of Overland Park, Kan.
