Barbara Grassley will be campaigning in Newton Friday on behalf of her husband, U.S. Sen. Chuck Grassley.
Grassley will visit with Jasper County Republicans and will focus on voter turnout and the importance of voting. The event will begin at 2 p.m. at Bridgehouse Coffee, 111 W. Second St. N.
The Grassleys are criss-crossing the state in an effort to get out the vote for Grassley and the Republican Party.
