Ralph L. “Bud” Hoagland, 73, of Monroe, died Friday, March 6, 2015, at his home surrounded by his loving family. A funeral service will be at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, March 14 at the Monroe United Methodist Church. Visitation will begin at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the church.
