Skylynn Michelle Mack, 12, of Grimes, died unexpectedly on Monday, Feb. 16, 2015.
A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 21 at Trinity Reformed Church in Pella. Internment will be made in the Oakwood Cemetery of Pella. Visitation will be held two hours prior to the funeral service on Saturday at the church.
