The Skiff Medical Center Board of Trustees will meet at 11 a.m. Thursday in the Skiff board conference room.
Agenda items include the administration report, financial report, patient care report, clinical operations report, governance committee report, approval of medical staff by-laws, credentials committee report, approval of the hospital-wide QAPI program and plan, treasurer/finance committee report and a closed session at 12:35 p.m. for strategic planning to discuss patient care quality and process improvement initiatives, medical staff credentialing, marketing and pricing strategies and similar proprietary information.
