Mary E. Belcher

Mary E. Belcher, 74, passed away Thursday, March 27, 2014, surrounded by her loving family.

Mary was born Sept. 7, 1939, in Iowa City, Iowa, to Clyde and Lilly Patterson. She enjoyed nothing more than spending quality time with her family.

Mary is survived by her loving husband, Ronald; son, Marty; daughter, Deb Baumeister; 8 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Michael.

Visitation was on Monday, March 31, at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines. A funeral service will be at 1 p.m. today, April 1, also at the funeral home, followed by burial at Laurel Hill Cemetery.
