Christina Marie Chapman

Christina Marie Chapman, 7, of Johnston died Monday, Dec. 30, 2013, at Blank Children’s Hospital in Des Moines.

A funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Monday, Jan. 6, at the Wallace Family Funeral Home in Newton. The family will greet friends from 11 a.m. Monday until the time of service at the funeral home.

Memorials in Christina’s name may be left at the funeral home. Memorials may also be mailed to the funeral home, add Attn: Chapman Family on the envelope.

Survivors include her mom, Susan Bowie of Monroe, and her dad, Kevin Chapman of Newton.
