Fernelius, Ferguson to wed

Jack and Jean Ferguson of Newton and Marv and Maridean Fernelius of Okoboji are pleased to announce the engagement of their children, Steve Ferguson and Megan Fernelius.

The bride-elect is a graduate of the University of Iowa with a degree in linguistics and works as an editor for the Internet Society’s Request for Comments series at the University of Southern California.

Her fiancé also is a graduate of the University of Iowa with a degree in finance and is a captain in the U.S. Air Force specializing in acquisitions, currently stationed at Hanscom Air Force Base in Lexington, Mass.

The couple will marry in September at First Lutheran Church in Milford.

The couple will reside near the Lexington, Mass., area after the wedding.
