Kathy (Hill) Smith passed away Friday, Nov. 9, 2018, at Manor Care in West Des Moines. Kathy has been cremated and no services are scheduled.
Kathy was preceded in death by her father, Ronald Hill; and brother, Dean Hill. She is survived by her husband, James Smith of Ottumwa; mother, Donna Hill of Newton; and brother, Rory Hill of Newton. The Wallace Family Funeral Home and Crematory in Newton is handling the arrangements.
