Local Mediacom employee Holly Landers earned a top customer service award and recognition by the company’s senior managers during an awards ceremony at Mediacom’s National Field Operations Center in West Des Moines.
Landers, a Newton resident, earned the “Employee’s Choice” award for her outstanding work performance in the telemarketing department. Landers is one of 27 call center-level award winners across the company and has been employed with Mediacom for five years.
The company’s senior management team personally presents annual awards to employees who demonstrate outstanding service.
