Thanks go out to the following — first and foremost, to my wife Judy. Next, to the following: Eric Dodds, Brooke Williams and another gentleman and my neighbors for helping me out of a bad spot. Have you ever heard of being between a rock and a hard space? Try being between a rock and a tree. I was working in our flower garden trying to get bores out of a plum tree. I had slipped on our new mulch and bent my knee forward, and my heal was caught under a large lava rock. My wife tried to get me up and could not do it. She called for help and the above people came and helped her get me out. I would also like to thank the EMTs who responded and to the ER nurses and doctor afterward.
