Upset by JCARL decision

I am deeply saddened the Jasper County Animal Rescue League euthanized a dog (a greyhound mix named Logan) when there was a very respected group GBARK (Greyhound Boarding and Retirement Kamp), that was willing to work and take ownership of this dog. GBARK specializes and has been successful in working with aggressive and difficult to adopt dogs. A Jasper County Animal Rescue League Board member and a member of GBARK had differences and instead of dealing with these differences, the rescue made the decision to euthanize Logan. Knowing working with this group was Logan’s only option: Why was this allowed to happen? Why not work out the differences with GBARK? Why not use every options before making the ultimate decision? Why did Logan have to be euthanized when there were viable options?
