The City of Newton offices will be closed Friday, Nov. 10 in observance of Veterans Day. This includes City Hall, WaterWorks, Library, Parks and City Grounds, Planning & Zoning/Public Works, Police Department business office and Fire Department business office. Additionally, the Library will be closed Saturday. The Newton Sanitary Landfill will be open normal business hours Friday.
