Curt Swarm, author of the Empty Nest newspaper column, will be doing a book signing at 7 p.m. Thursday at SIP, 120 S. Main St. in Mt. Pleasant.
Swarm’s first book, “Protected” is a collection of short stories about his experiences with God over his lifetime. He feels as if he has been protected by God clearing the path, opening doors and performing miracles. Some of the stories are funny, some are subtle, and some are tragic and violent. But they are all true.
Swarm will read a short passage from his book, answer questions and sign books. Books will be available at SIP.
