Willowbrook is an Adult Day Center that serves individuals 45 and older throughout Jasper County who need assistance during the day or who may be socially isolated. We offer several programs such as seated exercise, music programs, Bible study, trivia, memory fitness games, reminisce activities, crafts, games and programs given by members of the community. Our goal is to give each person a meaningful day with a sense of purpose.
Many of the people we serve live alone and cannot drive making transportation a major barrier. With the help of the United Way of Jasper County, we are able to offer transportation services through HIRTA at no cost to the participant. They are able to get to and from Willowbrook safely, giving their loved ones peace of mind.
What the UWJC provides to this community is priceless. Last year alone they helped support more than two dozen programs in Jasper County. I want to encourage you to donate if you haven't already. The money raised stays in Jasper County and directly impacts our residents.
