DES MOINES — The English Society Horse Shows took place Aug. 15 through 17 in the Richard O. Jacobson Exhibition Center at the 2017 Iowa State Fair.
Sandra Swalla, of Newton, earned first place in the Country Pleasure Model division with Fay Coulthard, of Kellogg, in fourth place.
G & S Ponies, of Monroe, received first place in the Roadster Pony Single — Open division and third in Roadster Pony Stake.
