Improv comedy stars from ‘Whose Line Is It Anyway’ come to Des Moines

Tickets on sale Friday

DES MOINES — Des Moines Performing Arts has announced the current cast members of the Emmy-nominated TV show “Whose Line Is It Anyway?” will bring their new improv tour, “Whose Live Anyway?” to the Des Moines Civic Center.

Tickets go on sale starting at 9 a.m. Friday and are available at DesMoinesPerformingArts.org or the Civic Center Ticket Office by phone at 515-246-2300.

“Whose Live Anyway?” is 90 minutes of hilarious improvised comedy and song all based on audience suggestions. Cast members Ryan Stiles, Greg Proops, Jeff B. Davis and Joel Murray will leave you gasping with the very witty scenes they invent before your eyes. Audience participation is key to the show so audience members are encouraged to bring their suggestions and might be asked to join the cast onstage.

“Whose Live Anyway?” showcases some of the improv games made famous on the long-running TV show as well as some exciting new ones. All ages are welcome to attend.
