Benjamin T. Gordon, 40, of Newton, was arrested at 8:51 a.m. Dec. 12 at 426 S. Fifth Ave. W. on a Johnson County warrant for failure to appear for arraignment on an original charge of assault on persons in certain occupations.

Michael A. Wagner, 55, of Cedar Rapids, is charged with eluding and operating while under the influence after police received a call of a vehicle driving recklessly at 6:48 p.m. Dec. 3. The white 2010 Ford F150 was seen swerving in its lane and onto the shoulder of Interstate 80 east. The driver of the Ford did not respond to the police car lights at mile marker 168 and continued driving. The driver continued driving on the shoulder until mile marker 174, when police conducted a high risk traffic stop. Glasses inside of the car had a small amount of liquid and had the odor of wine. Wagner told police he had been drinking alcohol earlier that night. He was arrested.

• Kristin K. Crozier, 30, of Mingo, is charged with operating while under the influence after she was stopped for a traffic violation. Crozier fumbled for requested paperwork, appeared to have bloodshot, droopy and watery eyes, and smelled strongly of alcoholic beverage. Crozier told police she had consumed alcohol. Crozier failed a sobriety test. She was arrested.
